The name STOIX is derived from Stoicism. A Philosophy from ancient Rome founded by Zeno and an early form of what is now known as Mindfulness. Stoics believe in the following values amongst others: Wisdom, Justice, Courage, Pragmatism and Virtue. We do too. But we are also fun, authentic and don’t take ourselves too seriously.
